Systems & Components Asia is an innovative, highly technological tradeshow that is market and content driven and will take place together with Agritechnica Asia to offer a high level technical and scientific program focusing on the maintenance of ag machinery and that of related sectors.
Maintenance of ag machinery is crucial in cost-savings and to increase productivity, but it is even more important in developing markets like Southeast Asia where the whole spectrum of maintenance, from basic to predictive maintenance is seen. Together with the collaboration of partner companies and associations, DLG Italia is organizing a special show – “Maintenance” – touching on every aspect of maintenance operations, from the basics to the most advanced techniques.
“Today, machine maintenance is on the way to a new age. In the past, a machine had to fail before it could be repaired, but now intelligent systems detect a malfunction before it even occurs. Prevention – this simple word covers an entire concept. We aim to demonstrate intelligent, forward-looking maintenance operations that lead to enormous cost savings,” stated Raffaele Talarico, DLG expert for Systems & Components International.
Correct information, diagnosis, periodic inspection, industry 4.0, Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data – all this is in demand when it comes to maintenance and repair of modern agricultural machinery. Everything that is inside these high-tech machines – engines, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics – must be controlled.
At Systems & Components Asia, there will be two areas, one dedicated to “Smart and Predictive Maintenance” where companies can showcase their innovative products in hydraulics, transmissions, engines, cabins and HMI. The other area will highlight “Basic Maintenance”, with live demonstrations and equipment workshops regarding cardan shafts, gearbox sealing, tractor maintenance and tires. Companies have the opportunity to participate with their technical staff in these live workshops dedicated to importers, dealers, workshops, service units and farmers as well as participate in the technical forum.Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data – all this is in demand when it comes to maintenance and repair of modern agricultural.
Agritechnica Asia 2018 will take place from 22 to 24 August at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center (BITEC). The trade fair is jointly organized by DLG and VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific.
