AgroFarm Russia

In little more than ten years, AgroFarm has become the leading tradeshow for animal husbandry in Russia with more than 390 exhibitors from 30 countries in 2017. Starting in 2006, this annual event has become more and more international every year and is now the top tradeshow for animal production and breeding in Russia with more than 12,000 visitors.

AgroFarm has evolved into the most important event in Russia for the world’s leading livestock farmers with its particular program that covers all major aspects of productive animal husbandry: breeding and genetics, equipment and technology for animal husbandry, environmental engineering and bioenergy as well as services. The exhibition’s national and international status attracts a great many Russian decision-makers along with a large number of highly qualified foreign specialists. AgroFarm’s target group includes investors, managers and professionals from large-scale farming enterprises, independent farmers and delegates from the trade, banking, finance and insurance sectors, as well as from consulting and leasing companies.

Held every year at the VDNH exhibition grounds in Moscow, AgroFarm is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and is considered to be an important platform for promoting animal production. AgroFarm’s technical program is a key aspect of the tradeshow. This year more than 50 professional events took place, including the 8th Congress of the National Dairy Producers Union, the business forum “Russia’s livestock sector is on the way to developing domestic and foreign markets”, the international conference “How production of poultry meat and eggs in Russia compares globally“,  the conference “Innovations in pig farm management – ways to increase operational efficiency” and the two-day conference dedicated to aquaculture “Freshwater Aquaculture: Mobilization of Resource Potentials”.

Registration is now open for AgroFarm 2018 which will take place in Hall 75 at the VDNH exhibition grounds in Moscow from February 6th to 8th. Check out www.agrofarm.org for more information.
