With the closing of a tradeshow, a new road is opened

AGRITECHNICA ASIA
The first Asian edition of AGRITECHNICA and Horti Asia, held from March 15th to 17th, 2017 at the BITEC event center in Bangkok, has recently come to a close. The international interest in this new tradeshow organized by DLG was evident from the first day with the goal that with due time, this event will become the point of reference for agricultural mechanization in Southeast Asia.

These are the numbers of the event:
5.100 net sqm of space
89 exhibitors from 20 countries
8,168 visitors (32% international from 76 countries)

The exhibitors that participated, understanding that they were partaking in the first edition, immediately realized that this is a market undergoing rapid growth but which still suffers regarding technological innovations.

We greatly appreciate the presence of Italian companies Virgis Filter, Ferrari Costruzioni Meccahniche, Ognibene, ADR, Metaltecnica, Ri.Ma., Oleoweb, Celli, Agrex, Bellon, Cermac and Maschio Gaspardo as launch partner. Visitors toured the numerous Italian stands with much success and positivity.

A program designed specifically to satisfy the needs of a rapidly growing market is already being developed. Bangkok is the perfect location to fulfill the need of creating a “Made in Europe” tradeshow – ready to share its knowledge with the Asian markets.

The next edition of AGRITECHNICA Asia and Horti Asia will be held from August 22nd to 24th, 2018 at the BITEC event center in Bangkok. Registration for the 2018 edition of AGRITECHNICA Asia just opened.
